Not everyday do you want to have to move a crane. Especially when it’s one of the few snowstorms of the year and another crane has already fallen over that morning.
With a weak transmission (and lack of some TLC), it didn’t want to get on the trailer without a fight. It took over 4 hours, a kind try from Phase 1 Demolition roll-off, and a little push from a 40 ton wrecker, but we were finally able get this bad boy on the low boy. On this one we had to call in a favor for some backup since this weighted over 50,000 lbs and better safe than sorry is our always our motto.
